- Performed a boundary survey, prepared a tentative map and subdivision map and processed the final map to recordation.
- Designed and prepared grading plans for five condominium units, garages, driveways, BMP’s, surface drainage and utilities.
- Designed and prepared public improvement plans for widening and improvements in North Vulcan Avenue.
- Designed and prepared public sewer improvement plans to serve the property.
- Prepared condominium plans, easement documents and encroachment documents, set property monuments and performed construction staking.
