Engineer of Work for the City of Encinitas San Elijo Avenue, Alley and Public Improvement Project.
New improvements included San Elijo Avenue curbs and gutters, sidewalks, driveways and public storm drain, full width alley improvements, asphalt concrete pavement, and public storm drain south of Liverpool between San Elijo Avenue and Newcastle Avenue, pedestrian ramps, trench drains, groundwater sub-drains, concrete ribbon gutters and utility relocation.
Services included performing topographic surveys of a portion of San Elijo Avenue and adjacent alleys, and the preparation and processing of Public Improvement Plans and profiles, and drainage easement documents. Project contract with the City of Encinitas Engineering Services Department, Capitol Improvements Division.
