Engineer of Work for the Santa Fe Drive Medical Offices and Street Widening located on Santa Fe Drive, West of Interstate 5. New improvements included an at-grade concrete parking structure with medical offices above, concrete and asphalt pavement, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, retaining walls, water, sewer and storm drain.
Services included performing topographic surveys of a portion of Santa Fe Drive and the project site, preparation of Public Improvement Plans for Santa Fe Drive, Precise Grading and Erosion Control Plans, Storm Water Quality Report and Best Management Practices (BMP’s), and Street Dedication legal description and plat.
Plans and documents were submitted to the City of Encinitas and local Utility Districts, and processed to permit issuance. Performed construction staking services, field inspections and certifications.
